Cannot type capital R with Shift in Trilium desktop v0.105.0 on macOS

Description

After updating Trilium to v0.105.0, I can no longer type a capital R in a text note using Shift+R. The same key combination works in other apps. In Trilium, Caps Lock + R does produce a capital R. When using Shift + R nothing is typed, i.e., at first I thought the key broke but then tried in other apps and it worked as usual.

What's your keyboard layout and have you recently changed the keyboard shortcuts in Trilium?

U.S. and I have no custom keyboard shortcuts either.

@cerise-fox , let's double-check just to be sure:

1. Options -> Shortcuts, press the small filter button at the top and select Changed from default and look at the shortcuts.
2. If no shortcuts from the previous step, right click the launch bar (toolbar on the left or top based on your layout) -> Configure launch bar and go through the Available and Visible launchers and look if they have a keyboardShortcut set.

After changing the shortcuts, make sure to fully close the app and restart for the change to be applied.

Two more points I can think of:

• Does Shift+R also fail in the note title, the search box, or a code note, or only in text notes? This will help me track down where it might come from.
• Are you using any custom widgets, scripts or anything like that?

Strangely it doesn't appear to work anywhere. I tested search, note title, code note, etc.
You are a genius though. Your second question made me remember I installed this yesterday evening: https://github.com/zerebos/Trilium-SingleFile. I disabled it and now I can type Shift+R. I have since removed it.
