Error when trying to set avatar with KDE systemsettings

Hi,

When I try to set an avatar to my user using KDE systemsettings user tab I have an error.
When I launch from the terminal I have this message : org.kde.kcm_users: "org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.Failed" "creating temporary icon file failed: Système de fichiers accessible en lecture seulement"
The french part say "Read only file system".
