Every Github Education application including "Please use your device camera to submit your academic affiliation documents" error

Hi everyone,

when attempting to apply for Github Education, every single application will include the following error:
"Please use your device camera to submit your academic affiliation documents." I know this because I have sent 8 applications, the first few had minor issues that I was able to resolve, but afterwards in each and every application no matter what I have done the error kept occurring. I am in fact taking a picture with my device camera, and there isn't even any other way to upload proof for joining Github Education because you can't upload files. I tried both my MacBook Air device camera and my phone's front AND back cameras to no avail. I am out of ideas, there are no issues with my documentation and I know it because those errors are not occurring, and I explicitly checked as to whether those errors occur if I take low resolution images or missing pieces of my documentation and in those cases the proper errors appear, nevertheless, including this same dreadful "Please use your device camera to submit your academic affiliation documents." error.

I've also linked two images, one of them shows the difference between the missing documentation and proper check that shows that first error still occurs every time, the second just shows how many times this single error occurred no matter what angles/lighting/whatnot I've tried.

Any help is appreciated.

I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION!
If anyone else comes across issues regarding this one particular error: I recommend you use Mozilla Firefox browser, as on this when using the GitHub Education application form this error does not occur. The single error has become gone and now it finally accepted my request!

Do I need to click photo using Mozilla in my phone or i can upload photo using Mozilla on pc ?

I took mine on my iPhone and then uploaded it from Mozilla on Mac, and it worked fine.
