How i can translate Github desktop app translate on another languages?

This is my answer to your question #187662

GitHub Desktop does not currently support changing the interface language manually inside the app settings.

The app automatically uses the system language of your operating system (Windows or macOS). So if you want GitHub Desktop to appear in another language, you need to change your OS display language.

On Windows:

1. Open Settings
2. Go to Time & Language
3. Click Language & Region
4. Add or select your preferred language
5. Set it as the Windows display language
6. Restart GitHub Desktop

On macOS:

1. Open System Settings
2. Go to General → Language & Region
3. Add your preferred language
4. Move it to the top of the list
5. Restart GitHub Desktop

If the language is not supported yet, you can open a feature request in the GitHub Desktop repository asking for official localization support.

Currently, the GitHub Desktop app does not support manual language switching within the app itself.

How does language switching work?

The app depends on:

Your operating system language.

If you change your device's language (Windows or macOS), the app will usually automatically switch to the same language (if supported).

Available solutions:

Change your system language

On Windows: Settings → Time & Language → Language

On macOS: System Settings → Language & Region

Ensure the language is supported

Not all languages ​​are fully supported within the app.
