I have submitted the letter with from the Registrar with all the required information and my billing and user profile information match the letter but it keeps indicating:

I study in a K 12 School in Delhi NCR, in Grade 12. (age-17 at time of submission of ID)

I submitted Live Photograph of my School ID Card. Yet, it was rejected.

It contains the academic year, my name, my DOB, my class, my picture, my adm. number, principal sign and name and location of the school on front side. on back side i have my address.........
