If your GitHub DMCA ticket has gone unanswered for over a month, start by confirming that it was submitted correctly and that you received an acknowledgment email. If you have a ticket or reference number, follow up on the original request rather than creating multiple new ones. If there's still no response, you can contact GitHub Support with your case details and politely request a status update. Including all relevant information will help them review your request more efficiently. For creators and developers, protecting intellectual property is important, just as maintaining trustworthy online resources is essential for educational platforms like QuranPakTutors.com, where original content and a reliable user experience are highly valued. Hopefully, GitHub Support will be able to provide an update and resolve your case soon. |

Hi,
I submitted a DMCA takedown notice through GitHub’s Copyright Claims form more than a month ago. I received the initial confirmation, but since then there has been no decision and no request for additional information.
About two weeks ago, I added a brief follow-up comment asking whether the notice is still under review, but I still have not received a response. I suspect that sending an email would also be ignored.
The status of the ticket is still open. The infringing repository has not been suspended, and I have not received any updates or a counternotice.
That said, my questions are:
I would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.
