"outstanding discount request" but the application have already been rejected

Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am unable to reapply for GitHub Education / Student Developer Pack.

My previous GitHub Education discount request was rejected. However, when I try to submit a new application, I still receive the following error:

“There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: You have an outstanding discount request for @WYT143. We will get back to you soon.”

My GitHub username is: @WYT143

It seems that my previous rejected application is still stuck as an outstanding discount request, and the system is blocking me from submitting a new application.

There is no Cancel Request, Reset, or Reapply button available on my Education benefits page.

Could a GitHub Education moderator or support staff member please help check this stuck discount request status, or advise how I can reset the previous rejected request so I can reapply?

I just wanted to kindly follow up on this issue. It has been about a week since I posted, and I’m still unable to submit a new GitHub Education application because of the “outstanding discount request” error.
