Hi! @leotheteo Here are a things you can check:

  • Make sure your schedule clearly shows your full legal name, the school name and that it is for the current academic term.

  • Ensure that the name on your GitHub account matches the name on your school documents exactly.

  • If your campus location is not being detected correctly do not worry much. That is usually not the verification method.

If everything looks correct and it is still being rejected I would recommend opening a support ticket, with GitHub Education.

You should ask them to review your application.

When you open the ticket include the rejection message and the document you submitted.
