That really sucks. If your app isnt open source and they copied your logo, name and even parts of the UI then i think you should collect as much proof as you can first. Take screenshots, save links and if possible keep records that show your app existed before theirs.

If they are using your logo or branding in a way that could confuse people, you can report it to the platform where the app is hosted. If its on GitHub you can also contact GitHub Support and explain the situation with all the evidence you have.

If you own a trademark then your case is much stronger, but even without one you should still report it if they are copying your original branding or other protected content. The idea or purpose of an app usually cant be protected by itself, but things like your logo, app name (in some cases), artwork, code, and other original creative work can be.
