Hi Lidia,

I completely understand how frustrating that can be — the GitHub Student verification process can sometimes be picky about image clarity and format. Here are a few tips that usually help:

• Use natural light and place your document on a flat surface before taking the photo. Avoid flash or shadows.
• Capture the full document — make sure your name, institution, and date are clearly visible.
• Avoid screenshots — GitHub’s system often rejects them because they can be edited easily.
