The blank rejection reason usually means the review couldn't determine your academic status, but the specific validation message wasn't included in the email or portal.

I'd recommend the following before reapplying:

• Make sure your document clearly shows your full name, institution name, and a current enrollment date or academic year/semester.

• If that information is split across multiple documents (or both sides of an ID card), combine them into a single clear image if the upload allows only one file.

• If your documents are not in English, include a translation together with the original document in the same image.

• Wait until any required reapplication period has passed, then submit updated documents instead of the same files.

Since the rejection reason is blank in both the email and the portal, I'd also mention that in your support request or discussion. If multiple users experience the same issue, it could help GitHub identify whether the missing reason is a problem with the notification rather than the verification itself.
