My organization has been flagged.

And I could not open the reinstatement link, cause it's automatically redirect me to next link

I could't create an Appeal ticket (instead of this, I've create an Repository Access Issues, and looks like on free account support will never view it)

Could anyone help with this?

This is an account-specific enforcement issue, so GitHub Community members cannot remove the flag or reinstate the organization. It must be reviewed by GitHub Support.

The Repository Access Issues form is a different support category and is not a substitute for an appeal. GitHub states that users seeking reinstatement or disputing an enforcement action should use the official Appeal and Reinstatement form. Free accounts can still contact Support about account, security, and abuse issues.

Since the form is redirecting, try:

1. Sign out, then sign back in to the affected organization owner’s account.
2. Open the form in a private or incognito window.
3. Clear cookies for github.com and support.github.com, then temporarily disable browser extensions.
4. If you cannot sign in, use GitHub Support’s Can’t sign in form.
5. Include the organization name, owner username, screenshot, redirect destination, approximate time of the problem, and any existing ticket number.

If you already received a confirmation email, reply to that same support thread rather than creating unrelated tickets. Unfortunately, only GitHub Support can investigate the flag and make the reinstatement decision.
