I can't seem to get my account verified as a student #203600
🏷️ Discussion TypeQuestion 💬 Feature/Topic AreaVerification Help & Guidance Hi everyone,I'm a currently enrolled student at SNHU and am trying to get a verified student account. my account is registered with my SNHU email; I've tried submitting a screenshot of my student ID, the student portal page, the list of my current courses on the student page and each get rejected. it only enables my webcam, so, I'm showing a screenshot off my phone - is there way to upload a doc or something? |

Finally got it - had to make sure that ONLY the verification document was visible in the camera, and disconnect from my offices wi-fi to a hotspot off my phone. once this was done, I finally got an approved message. |

Try connecting to a hotspot from your phone and make sure the only thing visible is the document,good luck |
