I have completed Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on my GitHub account armanhossainatunu as required.

However, I am still facing an issue while creating my GitHub profile README repository. I receive the following error message:

My GitHub username is armanhossainatunu, and I need to create the repository with the same name for my profile README. It appears that this repository name has been retired and is not available for reuse.

1. Create the repository, After the repositories are no longer created, You see the message "The repository retried and cannot be reused"
2. Contact GitHub support.

Hello GitHub Support Team, Unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved yet. I followed the documented steps for restoring a deleted repository and also tried creating the repository again. However, I still receive the following error: *“The repository armanhossainatunu has been retired and cannot be reused.”* I have tried the recommended steps multiple times, but the problem remains unchanged. Could you please investigate this issue manually and check why the repository name armanhossainatunu has been retired? If possible, I would like to have the repository name restored or made available for reuse. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue, as the documented solution has not worked for me.
