But no, you cannot earn it anymore, and it is not a superiority badge. Because it was tied strictly to that historical date, making new commits or repositories today will not add your code to that archive, leaving the badge permanently unobtainable.

It simply marks participation in a specific historical event rather than reflecting a developer's current skill, activity level, or rank on the platform. But having the badge makes your profile look awesome.
