Hi everyone,

hey,
I can't get access to educational benefits. I have tried with my student id and even with transcript with 4 rejected applications. I have completed each step still my application is not being accepted. there is no correction i can do since there is none. Kindly brief me what is the issue

"There is no correction I can do" usually means the real blocker isn't in the list the email shows — the automated check failed on something it doesn't spell out. The three silent failure points, in order of likelihood:

1. Billing name is empty or doesn't match the document. Fill in https://github.com/settings/billing/payment_information with your name exactly as it appears on the student ID / transcript (single legal name → same value in both fields). This is the most common invisible rejection cause because most students have never opened that page.
2. The capture, not the content. IDs and transcripts must be photographed with the device camera during the flow — with the name/institution/date region large in the frame. Screenshots, scans, or full-page shots where the text is small routinely fail as "unreadable" without saying so.
3. The document lacks a current date. An ID with no validity year, or a transcript from a past term, can't prove current enrollment to the automated check — a freshly issued enrollment certificate with this term's date works better than either.

Fix all three, wait at least 24 hours since the last rejection, and submit one clean attempt (rapid retries hurt). If attempt five fails with the basics genuinely aligned, escalate at https://support.github.com/contact/education with your application ID — that queue can see the actual rejection reason that the email doesn't show you.

Respect sir/madam, I hope you're doing well. I had done all. My ID card doesn't has a clear date on it but on side the dead line is mentioned which maybe your system had failed to see. But this is how university gave us there is nothing more I can do about this ID. I have attached my ID with this email. Please check this and give me a solution Regards: Taha Wasim
