Hi all,

Even though i am attaching the required document, the image isnt clear, hence not getting verified no matter what documents i upload. And there is no file attachment option too, there is only camere capture option.

Hey! Here are some suggestions to fix this:

Use your phone: GitHub removed the file upload option to prevent fraud. Try logging into GitHub on your smartphone browser and applying from there. Phone cameras usually focus much better.

Lighting: Make sure you are in a very bright room, ideally near a window with natural light.

Background: Put your document on a dark, flat surface to help the camera focus on the paper.

Hold steady: Make sure all the text is readable before you take the picture. If it is blurry, it will automatically get rejected.

I tried in every possible way. I have digital format of id. Since I am doing online masters,

Have you tried printing the digital ID on a piece of paper? The camera usually has a hard time focusing on glowing screens because of the glare, but it works much better on normal paper.

If you can't print it, try opening the ID on your laptop, lowering the screen brightness, and taking a picture of the monitor. Since you are an online student, you can also just take a picture of your student portal screen showing your name and current enrollment dates instead of the ID.
