Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

I'm a student at a university in Tanzania and my GitHub Student Developer Pack application keeps getting automatically rejected on every attempt, even though:

• My GitHub profile name matches exactly the name on my student ID / enrollment letter
• The document I upload is clear, well-lit, all four corners visible, with a current date
• My school and program details are filled in correctly on the form

I've tried both a student ID card and an enrollment letter, in good lighting, with matching names, and it still gets rejected without a specific reason given.

Has anyone from a similar region (East Africa) successfully gotten verified, and what finally worked for you? Any advice on what might be tripping the automated system would really help.
