Before concluding that the allowance is incorrect, compare the exact plan name, billing period, included premium requests/usage, and any overage setting shown under your account’s billing and Copilot usage pages. The displayed dollar amount may not map one-to-one to request capacity, especially if different models or premium features have separate multipliers. Save a screenshot of the offer/receipt and the usage breakdown with account and payment details redacted, then contact GitHub Billing Support if the advertised terms and account page disagree. For the $15-versus-$10 discrepancy, compare three separate values: the plan’s advertised included amount, the account’s included/premium-request allowance for the current billing period, and any additional-usage budget or hard cap. Save the offer text and the usage/billing-period dates, then compare them with the invoice line items and the model/request multipliers shown in the account—not just the total dollar balance. If the AI Usage page disappeared, record the URL and the exact access error and ask Billing Support to restore the usage ledger or explain the cap. Keep receipts, account identifiers, and payment details private.
