Hi everyone,

This is at the very start of Starting an Application for Education Benefits. During selection of Teacher/Student & School, the Continue button is greyed out. Unable to proceed. Please help.

Share location might unblock you.

Check that every required field is selected. If the Continue button is still greyed out, try another browser or incognito mode. If that doesn’t help, it’s likely a VA site issue, so contact VA support with the screenshot.

Thanks for your prompt response. Every field is completed, which are only the 2 (Student/Teacher, School). Tried other browsers, incognito mode, still greyed out. I'm unfamiliar with VA, please provide contact details.

Can you explain a bit more. Have you "Share My Location"? This will ask you to allow the browser to access your location information.

Yes, I enable location. I think they use this location to match your university for verification if you are a student of the university.
