Request to extract my fork into a new fork network

I would like to request help with extracting my repository from its current fork network:

My repository:
https://github.com/firesahc/Xposed-GodMode-Pro

Current upstream:
https://github.com/kaisar945/Xposed-GodMode

Xposed-GodMode-Pro has been independently maintained for a long time and has diverged substantially from the upstream project. It now functions as a separate project with its own development direction and maintenance history.

I would like firesahc/Xposed-GodMode-Pro to become the root of a new fork network, while preserving the repository itself and its existing GitHub history and metadata as much as possible.

Why I cannot use “Leave fork network”

The “Leave fork network” option is unavailable because my repository currently has two child forks.

Those child forks are owned by other GitHub users, so I do not have permission to delete them.

I do not require those child forks to be preserved.

What I am requesting

I would like to know whether GitHub can perform an “Extract fork” operation on my repository, so that:

kaisar945/Xposed-GodMode
        │
        └── firesahc/Xposed-GodMode-Pro

becomes:

firesahc/Xposed-GodMode-Pro

as the root of a new fork network.

Ideally, I would like to preserve:

• the existing Git commit history;
• the existing repository;
• stars;
• issues;
• pull requests;
• other repository metadata, where possible.

I do not need the existing child forks to remain attached to the new network.

Previous Support request

I previously contacted GitHub Support and explicitly requested:

“Extract child forks to a new network”

However, the ticket was automatically closed and I was directed to GitHub Community Discussions, GitHub Docs, and GitHub Skills.

I found this Community discussion describing a very similar situation in which GitHub Support performed an “Extract fork” operation:

Could a GitHub staff member please confirm whether Extract fork is still available, and whether it can be performed for firesahc/Xposed-GodMode-Pro?
