Your application has already been approved. The screenshot says that your benefits will become available after 72 hours (3 days) from approval.

Since your approval date was September 28, 2026, the 72-hour period should finish around October 1, 2026.

What to do

  • You don't need to submit another application.
  • Wait until the 72-hour period has fully passed.
  • Then refresh your GitHub Education benefits page and check whether the status has changed.
  • If it still says “Awaiting Benefits” after 72 hours, contact GitHub Education Support with your application details and screenshot.

The message in your screenshot specifically says that once the benefits become available, the page will update…
