If your comments are being automatically hidden as spam, it may be GitHub's automated spam detection rather than something you are intentionally doing wrong.

I would try avoiding posting the same or very similar comment multiple times, especially across different discussions. Also, give some time between comments instead of posting many replies in a short period.

If even normal, unique comments are consistently being hidden, I would take a screenshot of the hidden comment and contact GitHub Support. Include the discussion links and the approximate time the comments were posted so they can check whether your account is being incorrectly flagged.
