Milestone link in Issues list is incorrectly formatted (space in Milstone name)

If a Milestone name has a space, clicking the Milestone name in the issue list incorrectly filters the list using only the first word of Milestone name, meaning it fails to apply the double-quotes it otherwise does if you select the Milestone from the filters on top.

For example: my Milestone 1 is called Phase 1 (notice the space in the Milestone name), if I look at the open issues, the filter shows is:issue state:open (default filter), if I click the Milestone name (Phase 1) found inline in one of the issues next to the filer, the date it was logged, it updates the filter to is:open milestone:Phase 1 (notice the double-quotes are missing.

If I do the same using the Milestone filter, it correctly applies the filter and thus reads is:issue state:open milestone:"Phase 1".
