Verification Help & Guidance

Hi everyone,

Hello erveyrone,i am facing problem of verifing my education status in guthub,i have provided many documents like ids,my payment reciept, admit card, but every time github rejected, please helo me with that

@poster, the rejection email should give a reason, and the fix depends on it. Can you paste that line here, with any personal details removed?

Until then, these are the usual causes as far as I know. The first and last name in your GitHub profile and billing information have to match the name on your document exactly, with no nickname or short form. The document also needs to show the school’s name and that you’re enrolled right now, so a payment receipt or a bare ID may not be enough on its own. If you change your profile, log out of GitHub, log back in, and then reapply, because editing the profile doesn’t resubmit anything.
