No response on account hack/suspension tickets (#4829304, #4830510)

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help escalate or point me in the right direction. My main work account was hacked and then suspended by GitHub within minutes, and I've been locked out ever since.

I've submitted two support tickets with screenshots and all relevant details, but have had no response so far:

This is my primary work account, so the downtime is seriously affecting me. Has anyone experienced something similar or know how to get a ticket looked at faster? Any guidance on next steps would be hugely appreciated.
