GitHub Copilot could not connect to server. "Failed to get copilot token". Can not be fixed by several common methods.

One day when I wanted to use Copilot as usual, I only got these (the output of GitHub Copilot Chat):

2023-11-22T02:55:52.356Z [ERROR] [extension] GitHub Copilot could not connect to server. Extension activation failed: "Failed to get copilot token"

and these (the output of GitHub Copilot):

[ERROR] [default] [2023-11-22T02:55:52.311Z] Extension activation failed: "Contact Support. You are currently logged in as Physics-Lee."

and these (the output of GitHub Copilot Labs):

[ERROR] [default] [2023-11-22T02:55:51.573Z] GitHub Copilot Labs could not connect to server. Extension activation failed: "unable to verify the first certificate"

What I have tried and got failure:

• Try using diferent IDE, but VS code, VS, PyCharm all show the same mistake.
• Try to log out and log in back, but the same mistake is showed again.
• Try to uninstall and install the GitHub Copilot extension again, but the bug is showed again.
• Try to deactivate the subscription of GitHub Copilot and activate it again, but the the same mistake still exists.
