Broken dependencies in debian 13

During installation of apt-utils i get

Also cpp installation as dependency does not seem to work correctly

I get similar ones for build-essential cmake git ca-certificates (arm64 only)

Both of them built fine just a couple days ago.

Ran fine a few hours ago. Seems to be related to Microsoft's update of debian here: https://packages.microsoft.com/debian/13/prod/dists/

To me it sounds like the +dhi images are for some reason not accepted as compatible versions. I did not update to the new 3 day old image and had an older one used, but was still affected. So probably the catalog that caused it. Also tried to update but still the same.

I also used the following with the base image

docker run --rm dhi.io/debian-base:trixie-debian13-dev bash -c
"apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends git"

The only similar case I saw was one month ago with #481 which also as workaround pins out the DHI source for specific packages. Might help as workaround to at least the get pipeline running for you.

This has been fixed and was caused by an outage on the catalog.
