Hi Raul - please can you long-press the button (~10 seconds) to reboot into the recovery menu, then choose There should be a line there with To exit, just long-press the button to reboot again. One thing you could try is to fully run the battery down - very, very occasionally (like once every few years) I've seen a case where the accelerometer chip 'locks up' and just needs to be power cycled to work again. All you need to do is go to one other thing to add - recently someone requested a way to pause step counting. As such, if you tap on the step counter widget (or the step counting clockinfo if you have a clock that shows them) then you can get it to pause step counting - so that could have happened, but if you did the factory reset it'd have cleared that. |

Uh oh!

Dear forum,
so I searched for this topic but wasn't able to find anything. If I missed something, please point me to that direction.
My step counter on BangleJS 2 doesn't anymore. But only for a few days, it might coincide with a switch from iPhone to Android, but that switch wasn't a one day thing. Not sure, if there's a connection.
I reset my banglejs 2 to factory defaults, but still no steps are counted. I'm checking with Health -> Step counting -> per Hour and it shows 0 although I was walking.
About app say Version 2v29
Any hints on how I can fix that?
Yours
Raul
