Its not that they aren't working, the guide hasn't been written yet.

Perhaps putting a landing page that says "The guide isn't ready yet - watch this space" would be a good idea until it's ready then. 🙂

Your image is not showing (at least for me). But they are probably talking about the first "Self-hosting" link, not the second one further down the page that is in the note and has "TBD" following.
