new recipients get an empty report list?

Hi all,
sorry if this question may already been asked.
I just created a new recipient and I know for sure that at least one report exists on system.
this is the report list the new recipient sees:

an empty list as you can see. is this an expected behaviour?
I added the new recipient also in the channel configuration and I was expecting to find a previously created report that I can see with other older recipients.

Hello @EKPdev

Yes this is expected.

Reports are delivered to recipients that are configured when the report arrive and only those recipiens can eventually extend access to new users.

As an administrator you can grant a special priviledge "give this recipient the ability to grant access to reports to other users" on the recipients that have access to the report.
