USE_AZURE_BLOB should be set to true by default when deploying to Azure

When using the Terraform modules for Azure after deployment Langfuse will not work properly because the modules don't set the variable

This IMHO should be either documented in the readme that it needs to be set or in Azure modules already set to True

If you need to set LANGFUSE_USE_AZURE_BLOB to true, you can use this additional_env parameter to add it as an environment variable.

@wi5nia Thank you for the report! I've noticed that due to a bug, we only set it if encryption is enabled. This will be fixed in langfuse/langfuse-terraform-azure#27.
