[Schedule] Edge drag for interactive background events

Following up on this one (thanks for implementing!) https://github.com/orgs/mantinedev/discussions/9098#discussion-10558010, is there a reason why interactive background events don't have edge drag ? Or is it already possible but needs a configuration I haven't found ? It seems to me that interactivity would be entirely on or entirely off.
