DockService.mjs is the sharp one: it is simultaneously outside the dashboard package, a named consumer's dependency, and a doc-linker to five classes the cut renames.
And the SCSS tree is absent from the scope list entirely — 22 files / 1,228 lines under resources/scss, spread across src/dashboard/, src/draggable/dashboard/, src/examples/dashboard/** and five theme trees (cyberpunk, dark, light, neo-dark, neo-light). Container.scss alone is 623 lines, and apps/workstation/Workspace.scss:59 records that the rail's structural paint deliberately lives there. Two of the seven are root primitives that do not churn. The style is a deep relative path through node_modules ('../../../../../node_modules/neo.mjs/src/dashboard/DockWorkspace.mjs'), so no package exports map could shield them even if we wanted one — which argues for the hard cut: there is nothing to alias.
Sequencing hazard, and it is not a migration path. Institution pins "neo.mjs": "git+https://github.com/neomjs/neo.git#dev" — a floating branch, not a commit. The moment the Engine rewrite merges to dev, Institution's next npm install breaks, whether or not its consumer PR has landed. Brain pins by commit tarball; Institution does not. OQ5 should name the choreography: pin Institution to a pre-rewrite commit before the Engine merge, bump it in the consumer PR. That is release ordering, not a compatibility layer.

Every adjacent child inside a
