Download the dictionary file to the computer (it should be something like vivlio-XX-YY.zip).
Unzip it, you will have reader.dict-XX-YY.dict2 and reader.dict-XX-YY.dict2.idx files at the end.
Plug the Vivlio One to the computer with a USB cable.
Paste both files into the dictionary folder on the Vivio One (do not create subfolders).
Safe eject the Vivlio One, and unplug the USB cable.
