Update the form for creating issues.

From the discussion .NET 10 support, as I understand it, Reqnroll should work in .NET 10.
If that’s the case, then:

1. Is there any plan to update the Issue creation form?

2. Is the problem of interrupting hooks in the Before/After Scenario known? I’m not sure I need to create an issue to solve this problem, but I couldn’t find anything similar among the open isues.

For clarity:
If there are multiple Before/AfterScenario blocks, throwing an exception inside one of them should interrupt the others (according to the documentation) (e.g. throw ... or Assert.Ignore()).
And this is indeed the case for .NET 8, but in .NET 10, all specified hooks are still executed.

Should I open an issue and provide more context or project to reproduce?

The .NET 10 hook behavior sounds like a genuine regression if the same setup behaves correctly on .NET 8.

I'd open a separate issue with a minimal reproduction. That should make it easier to determine whether the change comes from Reqnroll or the underlying test framework.

Some of those hooks inherit issues of the used testing framework (xUnit, MsTest etc)
