CSV IMPORT ENHANCEMENT

When importing data into a table via CSV upload and there is a clash with a unique column, it will be cool if that row can be skipped instead of outrightly rejecting the upload.
This is a real pain point.

Is there a way to configure this in settings already? If not, I think it should be considered.
