Migrate storage

In docs about migrating between projects is described howto migrate between projects.
For database, it's quite clear. But what about storage?

Is such a script already available?

Loop over buckets, folders and files, download and re-upload all items?
Or perhaps duplicate AWS bucket and migrate storage scheme..?
