Date/Time Picker for timestamptz fields - Select Time Zone on Data Entry

In the table editor view on the Date/Time picker for timestamptz fields, can you add a time zone selector?

I have an events table where each event can be in any time zone so this would be very helpful when entering data so that I don't have to calculate the UTC time myself.

Also would be helpful to be able to copy and paste the raw value in this field.
