Add support for all the fields supported by OAuth API

• The metadata of a user currently supports the following fields - https://github.com/supabase/gotrue/blob/960a4f94f5500e33a0ec2f6afe0380bbc9562500/internal/api/provider/google.go#L117
• It would be great if the support of the given name, family name according to the oauth API gets added - https://any-api.com/googleapis_com/oauth2/docs/userinfo/oauth2_userinfo_v2_me_get

I would also be interested for creating a PR for this feature.
