copy file wiht upsert as well

Uploading a file has an "upsert: true" parameter that is very useful, but it doesn't seem like the "copy" feature of storage has that same parameter unfortunately.

any plan to have it added? or is it already there and I missed it? (couldn't get it to work even when I tried)
