Creating a Supabase project on behalf of the us using Supabase APIs error message

When creating a Supabase project on behalf of the us using Supabase APIs, I receive a 400 error if the user already has 2 projects (and thus cannot create more projects without paying). How do I differentiate this error with other errors, since 400 is just a general API error? Is it possible to get a specific error related to not being able to create more projects?
