Self-hosting edge-runtime functions allow creating temporary directories/files

This is a perfectly valid use-case in a non-SAAS environment, and dramatically increases the usefulness in self-hosted scenarios.

Is this possible? (currently it looks like all useful FS methods are "blocklisted")
