Add label to supabase on localhost in UI 🙏

Hey folks, yesterday I took a prod down 🤡

I had 2 tabs open: one prod and the other localhost. Since I seeded local instance from prod a week ago - it looks indistinguishable.
Long story short, I dropped the table and then realised, it was supabase.com instead of localhost:54321.

It would be nice to have some noticeable UI label to tell I'm running it locally or in prod.

My cardiologist would appreciate. 😅
