Migration file shows service role key for Webhook Triggers

When setting up webhook triggers in the UI that include the service role key, it seems the service role key pops up in the migration file. This should be abstracted automatically through some vault fetching function or something so that service role keys don't end up getting committed and accidentally exposed. It's pretty crazy that this doesn't already exist.
