Cannot Fetch Buckets in Storage Dashboard Even After Deleting All Files

I’m experiencing an issue where the Storage section in my Supabase dashboard fails to fetch the list of buckets. The error message says: “Failed to fetch buckets — Please refresh to try again.”

I’ve checked the API directly using curl:

• Listing buckets via /storage/v1/bucket works fine and returns the expected JSON.
• I deleted all objects in all buckets to ensure they are empty.
• Despite this, the dashboard UI still shows the same “Failed to fetch buckets” error and does not display any bucket.

Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I've suggested starting a new topic if you have a similar issue. There was a storage outage back then.

There are likely individual issues a project could have not related to that issue and few will look at this older issue to offer help.

The outage was an obvious issue at the time. There is no general outage on their (Supabase) status page.

You would need to provide more info, check storage logs, check status of your project on project home page. You could also try support.
