Self host several instances of supabase at time

Hi all,
For I encountered some problems in hosting more than one supabase instances in a single server, I have set up a github repo for this.

Main features are:

• Several instances are running at the same time
• nginx is the reverse proxy that according to the public dns redirects traffic to the correct kong container
• the supabase studio is now protected and accessible using clerk (but that can be generalized to any open id protocol)

Hope it can help whoever wants to embark in this journey.
