Request to Remove/Reset 2FA Authentication From My Supabase Account

Hey everyone, I completely lost access to my account due to a broken MFA/backup code situation. I've submitted ticket SU-382054. Is there any staff member or mod who might be able to advise if recovery is possible for free tier users?

Recovery depends on how you can prove you own the account WITHOUT email being the verification I suspect. Docs say if you lose MFA (and don't have the recommended backup) they can't get you in.

Staff does not usually monitor here for individual issues and this requires the security group in SB to handle most likely. So support is the path.

When did you submit your ticket? Did you get a 2nd automated follow up email after the generic one with ticket #?

No I did not receive any Second E-mail

I just received the ticket number only

For free tier users, account recovery with lost MFA access is challenging but not necessarily impossible. The security team will need to verify your identity through alternative methods, so prepare any documentation that proves you own the account - such as original project creation details, API keys you may have saved, or other account identifiers.

Thank you, I have project ID's and luckily I connect my GitHub with subapase as Login method
