My project has been in an Unhealthy state

Problem description:
Since the maintenance on June 3rd (13:00-15:00 UTC), my project shows Unhealthy status. The domain jhhsrgtaoqvqrvcutewu.supabase.co does not resolve from any network (WiFi or LTE mobile data). All API calls return ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

Steps already taken:

•	Restarted the project 3 times from Settings → General
•	Terminated idle database connections via SQL
•	Tested from multiple networks, devices and countries — same result everywhere
•	Checked usage — database is only at 0.028 GB, well within free plan limits

Impact:
This is an active e-commerce platform processing real orders in Honduras. The platform is completely down for all users since June 3rd.

Request:
Please restore my project to a healthy and fully operational state.

You have to contact support for someone to actually look at your project.

Then you need to contact support. I have no ability to see inside Supabase. The only current known issue is on status is with Claro as a provider and mainly Brazil.

OK. But to be clear you need to file a support request. This is not support and someone from Supabase's staff likely won't see this here anytime soon.
