URGENT: Restoration Failure on Pro Plan Project - Project Inaccessible

Hi Supabase Support Team,
I am writing to urgently report a critical infrastructure issue with my project under my paid Pro Plan. While attempting a database restore, the process failed, and my dashboard now displays the error message: “Something went wrong while restoring your project. Your project's data is intact, but your project is inaccessible due to a restoration failure.” kindly request helo to fix this technical issue to resolve this transient

1. ticket id is SU-404151. No Response - Today 6/25/2026
2. ticket id is SU-403623. - No Response - On Wed 6/24/2026
3. Supabase account supabase-citrine-cloud

What I've Tried
✅ Downloaded backup file (verified intact, all data present)
✅ Multiple support tickets
✅ Email to support
✅ Discord escalation
❌ Still no response from infrastructure team

Please let me know if your team can fix the backend restoration or if there is any further detail required from my end to accelerate this recovery.

Hey there, i searched inside of the discord and couldn't find any messages that mention either of those tickets. Have you got a message yet saying that you have been moved to the infra queue?

no sadly not, but my database is fixed now im not sure how but i think they fixed it... i never got an email but i can see everything now ig thanks for the help lovely work!
